Invoices

The Invoices section on the top of the main navigation is where you view and access your current invoices, invoice history, and purchase orders.

From this page, you can:

  • Filter by invoice type and date
  • Review detailed billing invoice of hours, rate, and service period for each job
  • Download invoices and share
  • Select and pay invoices
  • View purchase orders

Click the Open Invoices tab to view and pay invoices:

  • Filter invoices that are currently due by selecting a date or keyword in the search box
  • Click the column headers arrows to additional sort the column listing for invoice #, job name, invoice name, due date, PO #, and amount of invoice
  • Select the invoice(s) you would like to pay by clicking the box next to each invoice and a blue checkmark will appear (Note: To select all invoices, click the box on the top header row to select all invoices) and click the blue payment button

 

  • Review the payment summary information and click Continue

  • Select the desired payment method to pay by credit card or check (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Complete the payment details and select Pay Now to complete the transaction

 

  • To download invoices, select download to CSV to export it into a spreadsheet

Click the Invoice History tab to view all paid invoices:

  • Filter paid invoices by selecting a date or keyword in the search box
  • Click the column headers arrows to additional sort the column listing for invoice #, job name, invoice name, payment date, payment method, PO #, and amount
  • Select the invoice number to view additional details for the job
  • To download invoices, select download to CSV to export to a spreadsheet

Click the Purchase Orders tab to view available POs on file:

  • Search purchase orders by entering the PO# in the search box or use the drop down menu to filter by active, inactive, or all invoices
  • Click the View next to an invoice to view purchase order details
  • Click Related Tasks to view a listing of tasks relating to the purchase order
