August 2025 – Product Updates

New Features 

• AI-Powered Matches and Talent Search:  Talent search is here! Our newest release makes it easier than ever to find the right talent—fast. You can now browse vetted freelance L&D professionals on your own. After submitting a job, instantly explore AI-recommended talent profiles and request your favorites. While you search independently, TTA’s team provides recommendations as needed and manages all the talent coordination, giving you the best of both worlds: self-service flexibility with full-service expert support. • Enhanced Create a Job Form: Our redesigned job creation experience makes requesting talent faster and more intuitive. The step-by-step interface guides you through describing your needs, ensuring clarity, and helping you connect with the right talent quickly and confidently, backed by AI-powered search to match you with the best-fit experts.

• Legal Documents: Easily access your contract history in one place, including active agreements, past SOWs, and change orders for improved visibility and project oversight.

 

• Smart Company Matching: When signing up with a matching email domain, users can request to join their organization. Admins can approve requests and assign permission levels, maintaining visibility and control across the team.

• Document Tagging: Organize and retrieve important files faster with customizable tags, making document management more efficient.

 

• Talent Profile Layout: Talent profiles now feature a cleaner, more intuitive design—helping you quickly assess skills, experience, and qualifications at a glance.

• Messages: Communicate more easily with your TTA Team immediately after posting a job. This feature provides a centralized way to message your representative, team members, and assigned talent—keeping all job-related conversations organized and accessible in one place.

• Bulk Task Import: Effortlessly add multiple tasks at once by uploading spreadsheets or CSV files. This tool saves time and allows you to easily populate and refine your tasks after import.
